Ade is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pure Perspectives, a mental health practice and leadership development firm dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. With a distinguished career in the US Army and government service, Ade brings 24+ years of global leadership experience, honed through spearheading several initiatives on multiple tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has witnessed the transformative power of leadership in challenging environments. He is passionate about fostering exceptional leadership skills in others.
